<Note>: The selected number is the maximum. You can link any file whose number of tracks is equal to or less than the selected number.

For example, if you set "Link Track (max)" to "4trk", you can link 2-track and 1-track files, as well as 4-track files.

• "Link Mode" setting

By using the [MENU] dial to select "Link Mode" and pressing the [ENTER/YES] key, the current setting starts flashing.

By rotating the [MENU] dial, you can select from among "Song-Link", "List-Link" and "Mid-Night", as well as "LTC-Link". If you select "Song-Link", the "Stop Mode" item is shown on the display (see below). The "Stop Mode" selects how the unit stops link play.

<About "Stop Mode">

When you set "Link Mode" to "Song-Link", you can select the "Stop Mode" from among List-End, Song, Repeat and Off (the default is Off), which decides how the unit stops link play. By selecting "Song-Link" for "Link Mode" and pressing the [ENTER/YES] key, the current option of "Link Mode" starts flash- ing and you can now select the desired option using the [MENU] dial.

After selecting the desired option using the [MENU] dial, press the [ENTER/ YES] key to confirm your setting.

Off	The unit continues playback until it reaches 24H. When it reaches 24H, it
	stops (default).
	The unit executes seamless playback of files in the list. After finishing play-
List-End	back of the last file in the list, it pauses at the start position of the first file in
	the list. Pressing the [PLAY] key again starts playback and executes the
	same as above.
	After finishing playback of the first file in the list, it pauses at the start position
Song	of the next file in the list. Pressing the [PLAY] key again starts playback and
	executes the same as above.
	The unit executes seamless playback of files in the list. After finishing play-
Repeat	back of the last file in the list, it starts playback from the first file in the list. The
	unit repeats playback until you stop.
