East and minus for West. If the magnetic deviation is plus 6°E,

for example, press [0], [6] and [+].

11.4 Changing Chart Appearance

This section describes how to change chart appearance, for example,

change color and brightness of background, turn grid lines on or off,

etc. This is applicable to both FURUNO and NAVIONICS chart cards.

1. Press the [CHART] key to display the GEODETIC DATUM

menu.
