Some of the fields in the example above are:

•CUG – An example Call User Group would be GOO11, which means group ll.

•SUB-REV– Subscribe to Reverse charges (y=yes, n=no).

•BAR-REV– Stop Reverse charges (y=stop, n=don’t stop).
