Step	2. Enter or modify field values as required (refer to the field descriptions
		below).
Table 3-6		Verify Level 3 Values Field Descriptions
		Fast Select	If fast select is enabled (Yes), up to 128 octets of
		Accepted	information can be transferred in call request and
			clear packets. The default is No (disabled). See
			your subscription form.
		Flow Control	The default is No (disabled). Use the value given
		Negotiation	on your subscription form.
		Reverse Charge	If reverse charge is enabled (Yes), reverse charge
		Accepted	calls can be accepted by the application. If reverse
			charge is disabled (No), X.25 rejects reverse
			charge calls automatically. The default is No. Use
			the value given on your subscription form.
		Throughput Class	Throughput class refers to line speed. If it is
		Negotiation	enabled (Yes), the Switched VC Negotiated value
			is used; if disabled (No), no throughput class
			negotiation is accepted. The default is No.
