Print the customer’s System

1. Have the customer access the System Control Center by
typing www.direcwaysupport.com in a Web browser
location bar and pressing ENTER. The System Control Center
in Figure 33 appears.
2. Click on System Info. The System Information screen
appears. See Figure 41.
3. Have the customer print the screen. If they don’t have a
printer then can use Alt/Print Scrn to capture it and paste it
into a word processing, Microsoft Paint, or similar file and
save that.
4. If you have not already done so, record the Site ID, Gateway
address, and subnet mask on the Quick Start Guide.
