You can also select a DCS code by using the microphone:

1Select your desired band.

2Press [TONE] 3 times to activate the DCS function.

•The icon appears on the display when the DCS function is ON.

•Each press of [TONE] changes the selection as follows: Tone (T) –> CTCSS (CT) –> DCS (DCS) –> Off (no display).

3Press [F], [TONE].

•The current DCS code appears on the display and blinks.

4Press the key programmed as [ENTER].

5Enter your desired DCS code using the microphone keypad.

•Refer to the table below for DCS codes.

6Press [ENTER] again to complete the setting.
