TAD Answering

An answering machine has answered the call. Wait for the message to clear.

Toner Error: Install Supported Toner Cartridge

An invalid toner cartridge is installed. Remove the toner cartridge, and then install a supported one.

Transmitting

The printer has connected with the receiving fax machine and is sending a fax. Wait for the message to clear.

Toner Low <xxxx>

The toner cartridge(s) of color “x”—K (black), M (magenta),Y (yellow), or C (cyan)—will soon be exhausted. The specified toner cartridge can print approximately 100–125 pages, depending on the coverage of the toner color, after this message first appears.

When Toner Low <xxxx> appears or when the print becomes faded, follow these steps to extend the life of the toner cartridge(s):

1Remove the toner cartridge(s).

2Firmly shake the cartridge(s) side-to-side and front-to-back several times to redistribute toner.

3Reinsert the toner cartridge(s) and continue printing.

Note: Repeat this procedure multiple times until the print remains faded, and then replace the toner cartridge(s).

Tray <x> Missing: Insert Tray

Tray 1 and/or Tray 2 is missing. Insert the specified tray(s) into the printer.

TR Belt Life: Replace Transfer Belt

The transfer belt is exhausted. Install a new transfer belt.

TR Kit Life: Replace PQ Kit

The transfer roller and transfer belt cleaning roller are exhausted. Install a new transfer roller and a new transfer belt cleaning roller.

TX Comm Error

An outgoing fax transmission error has occurred. Resend the fax.

Warming up

Wait for the message to clear.

Waste Pack Full

The waste toner bottle is full or missing. If it is full, replace it using the instruction sheet that came with the replacement waste toner bottle. If it is missing, install it.
