Configuring for TCP/IP in Windows 2000

To configure for TCP/IP for Windows 2000:

1On the Windows Desktop, click Start.

2Click Settings and then Control Panel from the pop-up menus:

3Double-click the Network and Dial-up Connections icon on the Control Panel window to display the window shown below:

4On the Network and Dial-up Connections window, double-click Local Area Connection number. The value of this number varies from system to system.
