Listening to Messages

Description

While or after listening to a message, an extension user has many message handling options from which to choose.

While or after listening to a message, a Subscriber Mailbox user has many message handling options from which to choose. The listening options let you quickly and efﬁciently manage your voice mail messages, respond to the message sender, or forward the message to a co-worker for additional handling. The following table shows these options.
