2.6. TFTP Update Firmware

The following menu options provide some system control functions to allow a user to update ﬁrmware and remotely boot the switch system:

1.Install TFTP program (such as Turbo98, or Cisco TFTP) and then execute.

2.Copy the updated ﬁrmware image.bin into TFTP server’s directory.

3.In web management select administrator—TFTP update ﬁrmware.

4.Download the new image.bin ﬁle by pressing <update ﬁrmware>.

5.After the update has completed, press <reboot> to restart the switch.
