6.1 IPSec and the Stateful Inspection Firewall

What about ... The SpeedTouch™ has a built-in firewall which is completely configurable by the user. A number of preset firewall levels are defined that allow an easy configuration according to your security policy. In most cases, one of these preset levels will fulfill your requirements.

All these preset firewall levels allow the IPSec communication to pass. So, you do not need to adjust the firewall settings when you use a VPN connection.
