LOADING THE BATTERIES

This camera uses four AA (R6) nickel metal hydride batteries,

AA(R6) lithium batteries, AA (R6) alkaline batteries or AA

(R6) NiCd batteries.

Do not use manganese batteries; they may overheat and destroy the camera.

● Read “BATTERY HANDLING” on page 28.

1Slide open the battery compartment cover.

2Insert the new batteries correctly as shown and close the battery compartment cover tightly.

3Slide the cover closed, pressing . Do not push the edge of the cover.
