A {Auto Answer}

LTo turn the auto answer setting ON/OFF (page 34).

B{Broadcast}

LTo send a document to multiple parties (page 32, 33).

C{Redial/Pause}

LTo redial the last number dialed. If the line is busy when you send a fax, the unit will automatically redial the number 1 time.

LTo insert a pause during dialing.

D{Junk Fax Prohibitor}

LTo use junk fax prohibitor (page 36).

E{Caller ID}

LTo view caller information (page 28).

LTo change the display of the caller information (page 28).

F{Menu}

LTo initiate or exit programming.

G{Quick Scan}

LTo store a scanned document into memory, and then send it (page 30).

When you press {Monitor} during receiving a call, you will be able to hear the other party, but the other party will not be able to hear you.

Q{Handset Mute}

LTo mute your voice to the other party during a conversation. Press again to resume the conversation.
