Using the function menu

Node Information

When you think you may have lost the connection to a node, or if you want to know how many nodes are in a wireless network, this function will help you. The screen provides an illustration that shows the entire logical allocation of every node on a wireless network. To obtain detailed information about each node as shown in below figure, move the cursor to

the illustration of the appropriate node.

To use this function, click [Node Info] on the web screen.

Node ID

This ID is specified by the Master Node in the

 

 

wireless network.

 

 

 

 

IP Address

The local IP address of the node.

 

 

 

 

MAC Address

The MAC (Media Access Control) Address of

 

 

the KX-HGC200.

 

 

 

 

Firmware Version

The current version of the firmware written in

 

 

the KX-HGC200 Flash-ROM. To update the

 

 

firmware, see p. 65.

 

 

 

 

Webserver Running

“Yes” or “No” is shown. If “Yes” is shown, the

 

 

wireless computer has been set to the Master

 

 

Node of the wireless network. If “No” is

 

 

shown, the computer has been set to a Client

 

 

Node. For more details about the Master
