Hot Key Dial

The dialling buttons 1 to 9 function as one-touch dials. You can assign up to 9 caller information in the phonebook into each dialling button 1 to 9 as hot key dial.

Make sure that the power is ON (p. 12), and the unit is in the standby mode.

To store a caller information as hot key dial

1Follow steps on Finding a Caller Information in the Phonebook (p. 31),

then press .

2Press or until “Reg. To Hot

Key” is displayed, and press .

•If already stored, “ ” will be displayed on the left of the hot key number.

3Press or to select a hot key

number, then press .

4Press or until “Save” is displayed.

OR

If the hot key number with “ ” is

selected, press or until “Overwrite” is displayed.

5Press .

•After a few seconds, the display will show the next caller information.

•To return to the standby mode, press

or wait for 60 seconds.

To make a call with hot key dial

1Press and hold a hot key number 1 to 9.

•The stored caller information is displayed.

2Press or .

•The number is automatically dialled.

3To hang up, press .

To clear a caller information in the hot key dial

1Press and hold a hot key number 1 to 9.

•The stored caller information is displayed.

2Press .

3Press or until the arrow points

to “Clear”, then press .

•“Clear ?” is displayed.

4Press or to select “Yes”, then

press .

•A beep sounds and “CLEARED” is displayed.

•“No Stored Memory” is displayed if clear all hot key dial.
