Chapter 5 Answering System
To playback new
incoming/memo message(s)
1Press (INT) then .
2Press or until the arrow points
to “Play New Msg”, then press .
OR
Press(4).
New incoming/memo message(s) is/are
played back from the speaker on the
handset if recorded.
The unit will announce the remaining
recording time after playback.
The display will return to “Remote
Operation”. To return to the standby
mode, press or wait for 30 seconds.
To playback all
incoming/memo message(s)

to “Play All Msg”, then press .
OR
Press(5).
All incoming/memo message(s) is/are
played back from the speaker on the
handset if recorded.
The unit will announce the remaining
recording time after playback.
The display will return to “Remote
Operation”. To return to the standby
mode, press or wait for 30 seconds.
Incoming/Memo Message
Incoming messages and memo messages are stored in chronological order. New messages cannot be
recorded when “Memory is Full” is heard. We recommend you to erase unnecessary message after
each playback in order to leave more time for recording new incoming/memo message(s).
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 12), and the unit is in the standby mode.
