2.5Before Leaving Your Desk

• Only the operator is possible to replay/delete the voice messages stored in the company message box. (Default: Operator=Jack 1-1)

•Only 1 call can have access to 1 voice message resource. When someone is recording a message or OGM with the same resource, your access will be rejected and you will hear a reorder tone/warning tone (when using SOFT key on digital proprietary telephone).

•The LED indicator of the MESSAGE button is lit red, if there are any voice messages not yet heard.

•If a call fails to have access to the voice message box, with an internal call, the extension will ring, with an external call, the extension assigned in system programming will ring. Ask your manager.

•You can choose the total recording time for the Built-in Voice Message feature (including OGM such as OGM for Built-in Voice Message, UCD message and Timed Reminder message) out of 60 minutes/30 minutes/20 minutes. (Default : 30 minutes) Ask your dealer.

•When the rest of recording time becomes less than 5 minutes, Voice Msg Full will be displayed, and you will hear dial tone 6 when going off-hook.

•The callback of Automatic Callback Busy (Camp-On) and Hold Recall cannot be forwarded.
