2.3.3Answering a Call Ringing at Another Telephone (Call Pickup)

You can answer an incoming call that is ringing at another extension from your phone without leaving your desk.

Extension Group

An extension group is used for group paging and group pickup features. An extension can belong to several extension groups.

The following types are available:

Outside (CO) Call Pickup: Picks up an outside call.

Group Call Pickup: Picks up a call within your extension group.

Directed Call Pickup: Picks up a specified extension's call.
