To leave a message using the Direct Message function

DPT/SLT

			C.Tone
Off-hook.	Dial 725.	Enter the desired	Record a	On-hook.
		extension number.	message.

• "NOW RECORDING" will be displayed when recording a message (DPT only).

• You can end the recording by pressing the STORE button. In this case, " REC Complete" will be displayed (DPT only).

To replay the message which is not yet heard

DPT

When the MESSAGE button is lit.

	MESSAGE
Off-hook.	Press MESSAGE.

• If you go off-hook, dial tone 5 will be heard.

•If you press the MESSAGE button while on-hook, "Voice Message" will be displayed (for DPT with display user only).
