zTo use the address book, it is necessary to have

1 Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 102.

 

 

 

 

2 Select a Key Name tab.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 Select the Email Address you want to send.

zSelect the same destination to cancel the choice.

zTo enter additional Email Addresses, repeat Step 2 and 3.

4 Press the Start key.

The original(s) are stored into memory with a file number. Then starts email transmission.

„Search through “Favorites”

If an Email Address is preprogrammed in the “Favorites”, it can be selected from “Favorites”.

zTo use the address book, it is necessary to have Email Addresses added to the address book in Function Parameters. Refer to Adding an Email Address to Address Book (see page 167).

zIf there are any Email Addresses added in the “Favorites”, the address book opens the “Favorites” tab first.

1 Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 102. 2 Select “Favorites”.

3 Select the Email Address you want to send.

zSelect the same destination to cancel the choice.

zTo set more Email Addresses, select other addresses.

4 Press the Start key.

The original(s) are stored into memory with a file number. Then starts email transmission.
