Tochange or checkthe channeldata, proceed as follows:

-Press A.

Select'Editor' with C.

-Select the TVchannel using Bor A.

-Press Cto go to the right tile.

Incase youcan receivethe selectedchannel only via an external

receiver,press the red button to select the corresponding source.

-Press the greenbutton.

-Enter the programme number of the TV channel using the number

buttons.

Ifthe source you have selected is an external receiver, enter the

programmenumber that you would also enter at the externalreceiver

forthis TV channel.

4Repeatsteps 2to 3to programall yourrecordings.

5Endwith the GUIDE/TVbutton.

Tofind out how you can check which shows you have

programmed,read the sectionon 'Howto changeor delete a

programmedrecording (TIMER)'.

If one or more recordings have been programmed 'TIMER' will light up

onthe display.

Programming recordings with theShowView®System

Thanksto thisprogramming system, youno longerneed to tediously

enterthe date, programme number, start and finish times. All the

informationneeded by the DVD recorder for programming is

containedin the ShowView®programmingnumber. This 9-digit

ShowView®numberis found in most TV listings magazine.

1Switchon the TV set. If required, select the programme number

forthe DVD recorder.

2Press TIMERson the remotecontrol.

The'Schedule' screen willappear

3Pressthe red functionbutton ('ShowView').

andpressOK to confirm.

longand can be found next to the start time of the TV programme

inyour TV listings magazine.

e.g.:5-312-4 or 5,312 4

Enter53124 for the ShowView-number.

Usetherefore the number buttons 0..9 on the remote control.

If you makea mistake you can press Dor the green action button

togo back a position.
