+BPM Measurement Mode Button (BPM MODE) (P.20)

Selects the BPM measurement mode (AUTO/MIDI/ TAP)

AUTO: makes automatic measurements from the input music signal.

MIDI: measures BPM from the MIDI signal (timing

clock) input to the MIDI IN terminal.

TAP: performs manual input of BPM when the TAP button is tapped. Pressing the TAP button in AUTO or MIDI mode changes the mode to the TAP mode.

ÁTime Dial (TIME/BPM) (P.21)

Turn this dial to set the beat effect time. When the beat effect time is changed, the indicator on the Beat Select button changes to the set position. The de- sired BPM setting can be made by turning the TIME/ BPM dial Á while holding down the TAP/SHIFT but- ton _. When the BPM MODE button + is also pressed, BPM can be set in 0.1 increments.

ªBeat Select Buttons

(1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1, 2/1, 4/1) (P.21)

Selects the beat with which the beat effect will be synchronized. When a Beat Select button is pressed, the BPM (beats per minute) effect time is automati- cally set.

“1/1” is selected for BPM in the TAP mode. At power on BPM is set to 120 and “1/1” is selected.

£BEAT EFFECTS Lever Switch (ON/OFF/ON-LOCK) (P.22)

The beat effect sound is output when this switch is set to ON. The effect is set to OFF (through) at the center position and is ON and locked at the rear posi- tion. The effect is temporarily ON when set to the front position (the switch returns to the center posi- tion when released).

¢EFFECT FREQUENCY Select Buttons (LOW/MID/HI) (P.21)

Selects the frequency range to which the Beat effect is to be applied. Press the button to turn it on and off. The indicators of the selected ranges light when on. No effect is generated when all buttons are set to off.

Select one of 5 effects (DELAY, ECHO, PAN, FLANGER or TRANS). The selected button flashes.

AUTO: Effectue les mesures automatiques à partir des signaux de musique appliqués.

MIDI: Mesure le BPM à partir des signaux MIDI (horloge de synchronisation) appliqués à la borne MIDI IN.

TAP: Effectue l’introduction manuelle de mesure BPM lorsque la touche TAP est frappée. Le fait d’appuyer sur la touche TAP en mode AUTO ou MIDI permet

de changer de mode et de passer en mode TAP.

ÁPotentiomètre de réglage de durée (TIME/BPM) (P. 21)

Manœuvrer ce potentiomètre pour introduire la durée de l’effet de mesure. Lorsque la durée de l’effet de mesure est modifiée, le témoin de la touche de sélection de mesure passe sur la position réglée. Le réglage de mesure BPM désiré peut être effectué en manœuvrant le potentiomètre TIME/BPM Á tout en immobilisant la touche TAP/SHIFT _en position basse. Si la touche BPM MODE + est également pressée, la mesure BPM peut

être réglée par incrément de 0,1.

Choisir la mesure avec laquelle l’effet de mesure sera synchronisé. Dès qu’une touche de sélection de mesure est pressée, la durée de l’effet de mesure BPM (battements par minute) est automatiquement introduite. La mesure “1/1” est sélectionnée comme mesure BPM en mode TAP. La mesure BPM à la mise

sous tension est réglée sur 120 et “1/1” est sélectionnée.

£Levier sélecteur d’effet de mesure BEAT EFFECTS (ON/OFF/ON-LOCK) (P. 22)

Le son de l’effet de mesure est délivré lorsque le sélecteur se trouve en position ON. L’effet est coupé (circulation libre) en position centrale et il est appliqué et verrouillé en position arrière. L’effet est provisoirement activé lorsque le sélecteur est amené en position avant (le sélecteur retourne en position

centrale dès qu’il est relâché).

Permet de sélectionner la plage des fréquences dans laquelle l’effet de mesure doit être appliqué. Appuyer sur la touche pour appliquer et couper l’effet. Les indicateurs des plages sélectionnées s’allument. Aucun

effet n’est produit lorsque toutes les touches sont en position d’arrêt.
