MODES D’UTILISATION

CONTRÔLEUR PAR CASQUE D’ÉCOUTE

This function allows you to monitor (pre-listen) sound ef- fects (the sound normally output through the output ter- minals) without routing the sound through the output ter- minal.

1.Connect the headphone plug to the headphone jack (PHONES) on the front panel.

¦ Use a headphone with a standard 6.3 mm stereo plug.

Cette fonction vous permet de contrôler (de pré-écouter) la qualité des effets sonores (c’est-à-dire le son qui est normalement délivré par les bornes de sortie) sans acheminer le son par les bornes de sortie.

1.Raccorder la fiche du casque d’écoute dans la prise de raccordement de casque d’écoute (PHONES) qui se trouve en façade.

¦Se servir d’un casque d’écoute muni d’une fiche stéréo standard de 6,3 mm.

BEAT:	beat effect
MASTER:	same sound as that output by the out-
	put terminals
JOG:	Digital Jog Break sound

¦When the Headphone Monitor Select switch is set to “JOG” and the BEAT EFFECTS Lever switch is set to ON, the beat effect and the digital jog break sound are both generated.

¦ECHO cannot be monitored when the BEAT EFFECTS le- ver switch is set to “OFF.” Should this be the case, switch the effect to DELAY to obtain the same effect.

BEAT: Effet de mesure.

MASTER: Même sonorité que celle délivrée par les bornes de sortie.

JOG: Sonorité Digital Jog Break

¦Dès que le sélecteur de contrôle par casque d’écoute est placé en position “JOG” et que le levier sélecteur BEAT EFFECTS est placé sur ON, l’effet de mesure et le son de coupure numérique par molette pas-à-pas sont délivrés.

¦Il est impossible de contrôler l’effet ECHO lorsque le levier sélecteur BEAT EFFECTS se trouve en position “OFF”. Si cela est constaté, placer le levier sélecteur en position DE- LAY de manière à obtenir le même effet.

3.Ajuster le niveau de sortie casque d’écoute avec le potentiomètre de réglage MONITOR.

The isolator divides the sound range into three distinct levels which can be separately controlled.

1. Use the LOW, MID and HI dials to adjust the sound level.

LOW: bass drum, bass, etc.

MID: vocals, guitar, etc.

HI: cymbals, highats, etc.

¦The level is flat at the center clicked position and off at the –∞position.

2. Turn on the isolator by setting the ISOLATOR lever switch to ON.

Front position (ON): the isolator is on as long as the switch is held at this position and returns to the center (OFF) posi- tion when released. Use this position for flicking between the ON and OFF positions.

Rear position (ON-LOCK):the isolator is on and locked; the function is in effect also when the switch is released. Turn off the function by returning the switch to the center (OFF) position.

¦When the ISOLATOR lever switch is set to OFF, the origi- nal sound is unaffected.

¦No sound is produced when the LOW, MID and HI dials are all set to – ∞ position and the ISOLATOR lever switch is set to ON.

2. Activer le séparateur en plaçant le levier sélecteur ISOLATOR en position ON.

Basculé en avant (ON): Le séparateur est activé aussi longtemps que le sélecteur est maintenu dans cette posi- tion et ce dernier revient en position centrale (en position OFF) quand il est relâché. Se servir de cette position pour osciller entre les positions ON et OFF.

Basculé en arrière (ON-LOCK): Le séparateur activé reste verrouillé ; la fonction est également activée lorsque le sélecteur est relâché. Couper la fonction en ramenant le levier sélecteur en position centrale (en position OFF).

¦Lorsque le levier sélecteur ISOLATOR est placé en posi- tion OFF, le son original ne subit aucune modification.

¦Il faut savoir qu’aucun son n’est délivré si les potentiomètres de réglage LOW, MID et HI sont placés

en position –∞et que le levier sélecteur ISOLATOR est
