Using the TOOLS menu

Various functions can be called out according to the player’s operating status.

SETUP

1 TOOLS Display the TOOLS menu.

	BD PLAYER		Video Adjust
	TOOLS		Audio DRC
			Add to HMG Playlist
			Audio
			Subtitle
	ENTER
2		Select and set the item.

Use / to select, then press ENTER.

Note

•Items that cannot be changed are displayed in gray. The items that can be selected depend on the player’s status.

To close the TOOLS menu

•Press TOOLS or RETURN.

TOOLS menu item list

Item	Description
Output Video	Switch the output video resolution
Resolution	from the various output terminals
	(page 87).
Play from	Play the selected title, track or file
Beginning	from the start.
Play Mode	Display the Play Mode screen
	(page 95).
Angle	Switch the BD-ROM/DVD-Video
	disc’s camera angles (page 92).
Subtitle	Switch the subtitles (page 93).
Audio	Switch the audio streams/channels
	(page 93).
Secondary	Switch the BD-ROM’s secondary
Audio	audio streams/channels (page 93).
Secondary	Switch the BD-ROM’s secondary
Video	video (Picture-in-Picture) (page 94).
Original/Play	Switch the DVD-R/-RW’s (VR format)
List	list screen between the original list
	and the playlist.
Add to HMG	Add the selected track or file to the
Playlist	HMG Playlist (page 103).
Delete from	Delete the selected track or file from
HMG Playlist	the HMG Playlist (page 104).
Now Playing	Display the playback screen of the
	currently playing track or file.
Video Adjust	Display the picture quality
	adjustment screen (page 105).
Audio DRC	Adjust the Audio DRC (page 107).
BDMV Data	Erase the additional data from BD-
Erase	ROMs.
