Caution

Linear PCM audio signals (2 channels) are output from all terminals other than the ones selected at Audio under Output Terminal Priority, regardless of the audio format or the player’s settings (pages 83 and 119).

The audio signals output from the DIGITAL OUT terminals have a sampling frequency of 48 kHz (44.1 kHz for CDs).

MPEG audio is output in linear PCM.
