Meeting Request	Specify the Meeting request menu name.
Menu Name

Appointment	Enter the Appointment request menu name.
Menu Name

Message Header	Enter the name of the E-mail Message Header.
Title field

Menu Icon Path	Enter the path of the bitmap. The File must be in
	.bmp format.
