INCORRECT FAN ROTATION

BLOCKED WATER FLOW OR AIR FLOW

CLOGGED AIR FILTER

FAULTY SOLENOID VALVE

FAULTY GAUGES

FAULTY INDICATOR

BLOWDOWN VALVE FAILURE

AIREND FAILURE

RTD READING INCORRECTLY

THE FAN SHOULD PUSH AIR THROUGH THE COOLERS. IF INCORRECT, REVERSE FAN MOTOR STARTER LEADS L1 AND L2.

CLEAN COOLER. LOCATE AND CORRECT CAUSE OF CONTAMINATION.

CLEAN OR REPLACE AS NECESSARY.

CHECK AND REPLACE 4-WAY SOLENOID VALVE AS NECESSARY.

CHECK AND REPLACE AS NECESSARY.

CHECK AND REPLACE AS NECESSARY.

CHECK AND REPLACE AS NECESSARY. BOTH MUFFLERS SHOULD BE EXHAUSTING AIR DURING UNLOADED OPERATION.

CONTACT AN AUTHORIZED QUINCY SERVICE TECHNICIAN.

Compressor does not Unload when there is no Air Demand:

INCORRECT AIR PRESSURE SENSORS

ADJUST TO PROPER SETTING (BACK-UP MODE ONLY).

LEAKS IN CONTROL LINES

CHECK ALL CONTROL LINE FITTINGS AND TUBINGS.

LEAKS IN SERVICE LINES

CHECK LINES BEFORE MPC VALVE.

FAULTY LIFT VALVE(S)

REPAIR OR REPLACE AS NECESSARY.

FAULTY BLOWDOWN VALVE(S)

REPAIR OR REPLACE AS NECESSARY.
