APress the {Interrupt} key.

The Interrupt key lights and copy- ing will stop.

BSet your original.

CPress the {Start} key.

The machine starts making your copies.

DWhen copying is complete, re- move your originals and copies.

EPress the {Interrupt} key again. The Interrupt indicator goes out.

FPress the {Start} key.

The previous copy job settings will be restored and the machine will continue copying from where it left off.

User Codes

When user codes are turned on, oper- ators must input their user codes be- fore the machine can be operated. The machine keeps count of the number of copies made under each user code.

Note

When user codes are turned on, the machine will prompt you for your user code after the power switch is turned on or System Re- set comes into effect.

To prevent others from making copies using your user code, press the {Clear Modes} and {Clear/Stop} keys simultaneously after copying.

Auto Start—Entering Copy

Job Settings During the Warm- up Period

If you press the {Start}key during the warm-up period, the {Start} key will blink and your copies will be made as soon as warm-up finishes.

AMake any adjustments to copy settings during the warm-up peri- od.

BSet your originals.

CPress the {Start} key.

The {Start}key indicator alternate- ly flashes red and green.

Note

To cancel Auto Start, press the {Clear/Stop}key.
