CALL PICKUP
With directed call pickup, users can answer calls ringing or held at any station by dialing a code plus that station's extension number. In addition, calls can be picked up from a station group in a similar manner. The group pickup feature allows users to answer any call ringing within a pickup group. Using the ✱ button, users can answer a call ringing within the user's pickup group.

CENTREX / PBX USE
Centrex and PBX lines can be installed instead of central office (C.O.) trunks. Feature codes and the hook flash command can be stored at any programmable button. Toll restriction programming ignores PBX or Centrex access codes so that toll calls can be controlled when using these services.
