Display messages

If a message is longer than the display, the parts of the message will alternate.

If you have turned on the Caller ID function, see page 40 for display messages related to Caller ID.

ADD PAPER & /

This appears when a fax has been received to memory

PRESS START KEY

(page 30) because there is no paper in the tray. Add

(alternating messages)

paper and press

This appears when the Key Lock function is activated

 

and a fax has been received to memory because there

 

is no paper in the paper tray. Release the Key Lock (see

 

page 45), add paper, and then press
