Profiles

C¢T¢Profiles

Several settings can be stored in a phone profile, for example to adapt the phone to the surrounding level of noise.

6 standard profiles are provided with default settings: General,

Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, Car kit,

Headset. You can edit the default settings.

You can set and rename

2 personal profiles (User profile 1 and User profile 2).

Additional Information

Bluetooth Car Kits do not support pro- files, e.g. General, Silent, Meeting, Out- door, Car kit, Headset.

If you change settings when not in the profile menu, changes are not saved in the current selected profile.

Activating a profile

Select a default profile or

a personal profile.

Activate profile.

Profile settings

Edit a default profile or create a new personal profile:

I Select profile.

§Options§ Open menu and select Change settings.

The list of available settings is dis- played. For details see corresponding menu descriptions.

When you have finished setting one function, you return to the profile menu and can change further settings.

In standby mode: Press briefly G to display Profile list.

Headset

The special profile Headset is automatically set when an original Siemens headset is attached (see also accessories, page 147).
