Camera

The phone has a front and rear camera (page 6).

You can view photos/videos recorded with the integrated camera immediately:

•Use a picture as background image, logo or screensaver.

•Send picture/video via MMS or e-mail.

•Save pictures/videos on the phone or on the RS MultiMediaCard (page 11).

Start the camera via the main menu:

Or

;Press the side key to start the camera in standby mode and from other ap- plications.

Picture mode/Video mode

Select mode and confirm with C / ;.

The current (preview) image is displayed.

You can also start the camera using the media player or MMS editor.

Displayed information

The following symbols are displayed over the preview:

Ùcurrent brightness setting

Úcurrent zoom level

Only in picture mode and if active self timer and flash are indicated.

The following memory information is displayed in the bottom right corner of the preview image:

•Memory location: Pictures/videos can be saved either on the phone or on the RS MultiMediaCard. To change save location see page 50.

•Remaining memory: Picture count/available record time on the current memory location. The re- maining memory depends mainly on the selected resolution and the motif.

Additional information

When video recording is started from the MMS application, the maximum length will be the time allocated for messaging

(10 seconds).

The selected resolution is displayed in the top line.
