Eject card

Eject the RS MultiMediaCard from the phone safely without losing data that is still being transmitted to the card.

C Press to confirm request.

If card is still busy, confirm the error message with Cand try again later.

Memory assistant

Start the memory assistant (page 21).

Phone identity

The phone identity number (IMEI) is displayed. This information may be useful for customer service.

Device check

After the last information page,

aself-test as well as the individual test are offered. If you select Self test, all individual tests are carried out.

Software version

To display the software version for your phone in standby mode:

*# 0 6 #, and select the Configuration tab.

Device manager (DM)

Sessions can be initiated in different ways.

Manual session: You start the DM session via this menu option.

WAP push: Your service provider initiates a DM session via WAP push (page 65). You receive an Over The Air Provisioning (OTAP) message. The message is dis- played. Confirm the request to start the DM session.

The OTAP message can be protect- ed and you may need a PIN to open it. Contact your provider for further information.

Software update: The phone checks the software status each time it is switched on. If an update is available a request is displayed. Confirm the requests to start the software update and to re-boot your phone.

Additional information

If you want to start a session the battery must be charged at least 50%.
