Switching on your phone for the first time

When you switch on the phone for the first time or after the battery has been removed, you are prompted to set the time/date.

enter time/date.

When you first switch on, set the clock and date so that it displays the correct time. You will not have to make this setting again.

First enter date

(day/month/year), then

time (24 hours).

Press to update time

 

and date.

Additional information

You can activate Auto time mode

(page 129) to display local time by network if the network supports this function.
