Date and Time preferences

Setting the time

To set the time, proceed as follows:

1From the drop-down list in the corner of the Preferences screen, tap Date & Time.

2Tap Set T ime.

The Set Time screen appears.

3Tap the or arrows to set the hour.

4Tap th e Minute box and tap or arrows to set the minute.

5Tap AM or PM to specify the morning or afternoon.

You can also display time based on the 24-hour clock by using the Formats preferences.

Setting the date

To set the date, proceed as follows:

1From the drop-down list in the Preferences screen, tap Date & Time.

2Tap Set D ate.

The Set Date screen appears.

3Tap the left and right arrows next to the year at the top of the screen to select the year.

4Select the current month in the same way.

5Select the current date in the same way.
