Changing the Jog Dial™ preferences

 

 

 

 

The Jog Preferences screen enables you to change the Jog Dial™ and BACK button functions. With the

JogAssist feature, you can use the Jog Dial™ to operate a third-party application that is not designed to

The functions activated by the JogAssist feature differ depending on the application you use.

In some applications with the Jog Dial™ symbol, part of the functions may change when the JogAssist

feature is enabled.

 

The JogAssist feature does not support menu operations.

To make your Jog Dial™ and BACK button settings, proceed as follows:

1Tap Jog from the drop-down list on the Preferences screen. The Jog Preferences screen is displayed.

2To enable the JogAssist function, select Use JogAssist.

3To be able to turn off the power by keeping the BACK button pressed, select Power Off. The Jog Dial™ and BACK button settings are made.

By default, Use JogAssist is selected (
