Using your CLIÉ handheld

2Tap Details.

3Tap the down arrow next to Due Date and then make a selection from the drop-down list.

4Tap OK.

If you turn on the Show Due Dates option in the To Do List Options dialog box, you can tap directly on the due date in To Do List to select a due date.

Checking off items

You can use the check box next to an item to check off a To Do List item, reminding you that you have

completed it.

You can set To Do List to record the date of completion, and you can choose to sho w or hide completed

items.

To Do List menus

This section explains the menu commands specific to To Do List . The Record and Options menus differ

depending on the screen displayed.

Record menus

Delete Item: Deletes the current To Do item.

Attach Note: Adds comments to the current To Do item.

Delete Note: Deletes comments from the current To Do item.

Purge: Allows you to delete any completed items from To Do List. Choose this command to save memory if

you have too many recorded To Do items on your CLIÉ ha ndheld.

Beam Item: Sends the current To Do List item to another CLIÉ ha ndheld via the infrared communications

port.

Beam Category: Sends all the To Do items in the curr ently selected category to another CLIÉ handheld v ia

the infrared communications port.
