Using your CLIÉ handheld

Memo Pad menus

This section explains the menu commands specific to Memo Pad. The Record and Options menus differ

depending on the screen displayed.

Record menus

Beam Category: Sends all the memos in the currentl y selected category to another CLIÉ handheld via the

infrared communications port.

New Memo: Creates a new memo.

Delete Memo: Deletes the current m emo.

Beam Memo: Sends the current memo to another CLIÉ handheld via the infrared communications port.

Option menus

Font: You can select the fonts of the Memo Pad.

Phone Lookup: If there is an Address Book entry, you can look up the phone n umber of the selected memo.

Preferences: Used to specify the way in which memos are displayed.

Security: You can set to sh ow or hide the currently selected me mo.

About Memo Pad: Shows the version information of the Memo Pad.
