If the Web browser seems to be malfunctioning or stops responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply restarting the browser.

1.Press Menu (right softkey) to open the browser menu.

2.Select Browser Options>RestartBrowser.

Your phone automatically connects when Sprint Vision service is used or an incoming message arrives. Your phone will also display the indicator.

CanImakecallsanduseSprint Visionservicesatthesametime? You cannot use voice and Sprint Vision services simultaneously. If you receive a call while Sprint Vision service is active, the call will be forwarded to voicemail. You can place an outgoing call anytime, but it will interrupt any in-progress Sprint Vision session.
