Activating Your Phone
vIf you purchased your phone ata SprintStore, it is
probably activated and ready to use.
vIf you received your phone in the mail, itmay activate
automatically when you firstturn iton, or you may need
to perform a few simple activation steps.
1. Press to turn the phone on.
nIf your phone activates automatically, you will see a
brief message and your phone will enter standby
mode. Proceed to step 4.
nIf you do notsee an activation message, please
proceed to step 2.
2. Press Menu > Web.(There is no charge to use this service
during phone activation.)
3. Follow the onscreen prompts to update your profile and
activate your phone.
4. To confirm your activation, make a phone call.
For assistance with phone activation, call SprintCustomer
Service at1-800-SPRINT1 (1-800-777-4681) from anyother
phone.
Note You can also confirm your activation through the phone’s
menu. Press Menu > Settings/Tools > Settings > Phone
Information > Phone Number.
●If Phone Numberdisplays 000-000-####, your phone is not
yetactivated.
●If your wireless phone number is displayed, your phone is
ready to use.
Tip Do notpress [END]while the phone is being activated.
Pressing [END]cancels the activation process.
