AccessingSprintInstantMessaging

Sprint Vision also provides you with access to popular instant messaging (IM) clients, including AOL® Instant MessengerTM, Windows® Live Messenger, and Yahoo!® Messenger.

1.Press Menu>Messaging>InstantMessaging.

2.Select AOLINSTANTMESSENGER, WINDOWSLIVE MESSENGER, or YAHOO!MESSENGER.

3.Use your keypad to enter the required sign-in information for the selected provider, such as user name or password, and select SignIn. (Your IM screen for the selected provider will be displayed.)

Note

The information required to sign in will vary depending on the instant messaging provider you are accessing.

4.If prompted, select an option to allow mobile IM to access your phone's data services.

5.Follow the onscreen instructions to read, reply to, compose, send, and manage your IM account.

Sprint Vision gives you the ability to join wireless chatrooms from your phone.

1.From the Sprint Vision home page, select Messaging> Chat&Dating.

2.Select a chat provider and follow the onscreen instructions to sign up and begin chatting.
