Going toToday’s Calendar Menu

TogototheCalendarmenufortoday’sdate:

▶PressMenu>Settings/Tools>Tools>Scheduler>Options> GotoToday.

Erasing a Day’s Events

1.Press Menu>Settings/Tools>Tools>Scheduler.

2.Select the day for which you would like to erase events and press .

Tip

In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined.

3.PressOptions>DeleteAll.(An alert will be displayed notifying you that all events will be deleted.)

4.Select Yesor No.

Note If the dayforwhich you are erasing events contains a repeating event, you will receive the following prompt: “There are some recurring events. Do you want to delete?” Select Yes to erase all occurrences of the event, or No to cancel the deletion of the repeating event.

Erasing PastEvents

Todeleteeventsscheduledbeforeaspecifictimeanddate:

1.Press Menu>Settings/Tools>Tools>Scheduler> Options>DeleteOld.

2.Select the option to erase events older than Oneday, Oneweek, Onemonth, or Oneyear. (A dialog will be displayed informing you that all events will be deleted.)
