Going to Today’s Calendar Menu

To go to the Calendar menu for today’s date:

©Press Menu > Settings/Tools > Tools > Scheduler > Options >

Go to Today.

Erasing a Day’s Events

1. Press Menu > Settings/Tools > Tools > Scheduler.

2. Selectthe day for which you would like to erase events

and press .

3. Press Options > Delete All.(An alertwill be displayed

notifying you thatall events will be deleted.)

4. SelectYes or No.

Erasing PastEvents

To delete events scheduled before a specific time and date:

1. Press Menu > Settings/Tools > Tools > Scheduler >

Options > Delete Old.

2. Selectthe option to erase events older than One day,

One week,One month,or One year.(A dialog will be

displayed informing you thatall events will be deleted.)

Note If the dayforwhich you are erasing events contains a

repeating event, you will receive the following prompt: “There

are some recurring events. Do you wantto delete?”Select Ye s

to erase all occurrences of the event, or Noto cancel the

deletion of the repeating event.

Tip In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are

underlined.
