Printing a Document from a Mailbox (Local Hub)

This section describes the procedure for printing (retrieving) a document from a mailbox (Confidential or Bulletin Board) in a local hub.

1 Press the key.

2 Display the MAILBOX Menu and select the Mailbox Type.

•To print a document within a Confidential Box, press .

•To print a document within a Bulletin Board, press .

3 To select “1. PRINT MAILBOX,” press .

4 Enter the box number and press the key.

•When the entered box number does not exist, the message shown to the right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the display returns to the screen for entering the box number.

5 Enter the password and press the key.
