Query job status

The two status lamps LINE 1 and LINE 2 indicate whether your fax machine is active at any particular time. If you require more precise information concerning this activity, you can query the current status of the machine. This status query also enables you to cancel the current job.

The status display is made up as follows:

Line 1	LINE 1 TRANSMIT P 001	Indication of line (line 1, 2)
		Indication of activity (transmission, reception, polling,
		etc.) Indication of current number of pages (P xxx)
Line 2	FILE NBR= 123	Indication of job number
Line 3	EC 14400 BPS	Indication of transmission type (ECM, G3, High Speed)
		Indication of transmission speed (14400 BPS etc)
Line 4	+44 2131 123456	Indication of the ID of your partner fax
