Activate and deactivate Secure Rx

You can also activate the Secure Rx mode outside the set period, if for in- stance staff leave the office early. You can also deactivate the Secure Rx mode at any time (assuming that you know the security code) in order to obtain a printout of the saved documents. The Secure Rx mode is then deactivated for the rest of the day. If the appropriate settings are used, this facility is again activated auto- matically at midnight.

If you wish to reactivate Secure Rx within a specific period, please follow the steps set out on page 23.

		corresponding function key
SECURE RX		Make your selection
		1.	for unlimited Secure Rx mode

		2.	Deactivate Secure Rx mode

2.STOP

Select a menu item

The Secure Rx mode is now permanently activated without any time restriction.

This mode can be set only if Secure Rx has been configured (see page 23).
