You must be able to see the gold contact strip!
Click the cartridge into position. Do not worry, you will hear a loud “click” when the cartridge is pressed into position.

Buy a spare cartridge or a colour cartridge directly from your dealer. You can store both cartridges in the special cartridge compartment, even if the cartridge has already been opened.
