Browser Operation

Overview

An On Screen Display (OSD) interface governs B020-008-17-IP computer control and switching operations. The OSD can be accessed remotely with a Windows-based client or a Java-based client. You must log in via an Internet browser to connect to the B020-008-17-IP and to invoke the OSD.

Logging In

To log in from an Internet browser:

1.Open the browser and specify the IP address and Default Webpage name (if one has been specified) for the B020-008-17-IP in the URL bar.

Note: If you don't know the IP address and Default Webpage name, get it from the B020-008-17-IP administrator.

2.When the Security Alert dialog box appears, accept the certificate – it can be trusted. (See Trusted Certificates, page 134, for details.) A login page appears:
