Place the controller
board on a ream of
paper.
This is required to
properly support the
board during
installation of the
SIMM.

Locate the SIMM slots
on the printer
controller board.
If you need to replace
a currently installed
SIMM, continue with
Step 10.
If you do not need to
replace a SIMM, skip
to Step 12 (page 5-11).
