Memory Failure
Power Off/On Controller memory has failed. Printing cannot resume. Power off and
power on the printer. If the problem persists, contact your Customer
Service Center.
Menu Locked Appears on the bottom line of the display when a selected menu is locked
by the network administrator using a PJL command. Users are prohibited
from making any changes to the configuration parameters in the menu.
Motor Failure
Power Off/On The main motor assembly has failed. Printing cannot resume. Power off
and power on the printer. If the problem persists, contact your Customer
Service Center.
No Jobs
Press Menu The Password Menu has been invoked, a password has been entered, and
there are no secure jobs in the print queue for that password.
NV Memory Fail
Power Off/On Controller NVRAM has failed. Printing cannot resume. Menu operations
may have to be halted if this error occurs. Power off and power on the
printer. If the problem persists, contact your Customer Service Center.
Offline The Online key has been pressed. To return to printing, press Online again.
Offset Bin Fail
Power Off/On The Offset Bin (Offset Catch Tray) has failed. Printing using this bin cannot
resume. Power off and power on the printer. If the problem persists,
contact your Customer Service Center.
Offset Jam-
Open Rear Cover A paper jam has occurred at the Offset Catch Tray. Open the printer’s rear
door, then refer back to the Control Panel for further messages.
