4Loosen the two screws that secure the controller board’s
access cover.
5Remove the access cover by (1) pulling it out at the
bottom, (2) lifting it up slightly, then (3) pulling it away at
the top.
6Remove the interface cover plate and set the screws aside
to be used later in this procedure.
You will not need the cover plate once the
interface card is installed, though you may want
to keep it in case you ever remove the interface
card.
